The Diagnostic Test

The Diagnostic Test: Unveiling Individual Potential
Every student admitted to Life Roots Schools undergoes a comprehensive diagnostic test, an essential step in our commitment to personalized learning. Unlike traditional approaches that may lead to grade repetition or advancement without mastery, our Diagnostic Test is designed to identify individual learning needs.

Academic Areas Covered:

  1. Math (Levels 1–9): Evaluating mathematical proficiency and understanding.
  2. English (Levels 1–8): Assessing language skills and comprehension.
  3. Reading Comprehension (Levels 1–8): Focused on science, social studies, Bible reading, literature, and creative writing.
  4. Spelling (Levels 2–9): Testing spelling proficiency and language mastery.

Identifying Learning Gaps:

Upon completion of the Diagnostic Test, any learning gaps—areas where a student may have missed essential concepts—are carefully documented. We prioritize a thorough understanding of each student’s academic strengths and weaknesses.

Tailored Support: Bridging the Gaps:

For areas of weakness identified during testing, personalized plans are created. This targeted intervention ensures that students receive the support they need to master essential concepts.

Progress at Individual Pace

Life Roots Schools believe in progress at the student’s individual pace. Once the gaps are completed, students advance based on their demonstrated mastery levels. Our goal is not just to catch students up but to empower them to function confidently at their chronological grade levels.

At Life Roots Schools, we’ve transformed the conventional diagnostic testing process into a dynamic tool for personalized education. We celebrate the uniqueness of each student, ensuring they receive the support required for academic success. Welcome to a learning environment where every individual’s potential is recognized and nurtured.
