Our flagship event, “Blessed to Give (B2G),” is the embodiment of our core values. Drawing inspiration from the teachings of Jesus Christ, who said, “It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35), this annual event is a celebration of generosity and community spirit. The Life Roots Schools family, encompassing parents, students, and faculty, come together in a grand gesture of giving. From clothing and shoes to food and water, we collect and share what we can, but it’s the intangible gifts – love, laughter, and fellowship – that truly define this day.
As we visit selected communities, our students immerse themselves in acts of service and kinship. They play, sing, and pray with community members, forging bonds of understanding and compassion. It’s an unforgettable experience, filled with joy and a shared sense of humanity, reminding us all of the transformative power of generosity.
